QVCDC is looking for a part-time financial training Program Coordinator for a one-year program to be held in Ware, The Harrison and Diane Quirk Financial Fitness Club.  The Coordinator will schedule and conduct monthly Financial Fitness Club meetings, teach financial skills capability-building and assist participants to meet their matched savings goals.  The Coordinator will maintain frequent and regular contact with participants and assist with applications, reporting and related paperwork.

QVCDC is seeking part-time, experienced computer instructors available during regular business hours (M-F, 8A-5P).  No set hours; schedule negotiable.  Our computer training courses feature classes for small businesses, entrepreneurs and adult learners.  Courses include Microsoft Office products (advanced Excel skills highly desired), QuickBooks and Windows/Internet beginner classes.  Our classes are small and highly interactive, designed to accommodate students with a range of skill levels.  Travel (your car) required in Western and Central MA; mileage paid.

Hardwick Senior Outreach Program: This is a part-time/temporary position.

Chore Providers are scheduled to perform various outdoor chores, errands and transportation support for seniors in the Hardwick area. Chores offered include yard work, shopping for groceries, personal items or running simple errands such as prescription pick-ups or food bank deliveries. Applicants with backgrounds or basic experience in lawn care and/or maintenance are preferred.

All chores are required to take place outside the clients’ home. Funding for this program  is currently available through December 31, 2016.
